Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head cauliflower, bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced into thin rings
- 2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's works best)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Directions

1Layer in large bowl:

2lettuce, cauliflower and red onion. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese and spread on top; sprinkle with bacon.

3Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving in an airtight container.

4Toss before serving.

5Makes large portions; may cut ingredients in half.
