  • Ice
  • 2 ounces amber rum
  • 2 ounces malta
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

    Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cinnamon; shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
