  • 1 boiled chicken with gizzard out of turkey (reserve broth)
  • chopped celery
  • about 1 c. each: bell pepper, green onions and white onions
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 raw eggs
  • corn bread by recipe
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • cut up chicken and turkey gizzard and parts

Directions

    Crumble corn bread, add hot broth until juicy.

    Saute celery and onions.

    Add to corn bread, plus all other ingredients and spices.

    Bake in 400° oven until juice cooks down.
