  • 1 packages lasagne noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 packages ricotta cheese
  • 4 cup mozzerella
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 packages cottage cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 powdered garlic, oregano, pepper, salt
  • 1 packages baby bellas, chopped
  • 2 bottles marinara sauce

    preheat oven to 400. in skillet, brown meats, mushrooms, onion, & garlic.

    while browning meat, boil noodles until soft& rinse them.

    add one bottle of the marinara & rest of spices to the meat & turn heat off.

    grease a large casserole dish.

    in a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs & cottage cheese.

    in casserole dish, line bottom with noodles, beef sauce mixture, egg cheese mix, & the shredded mozzerella.

    repeat one or two more times, then stick in the oven for about 25 mins.

    top with the rest of the marinara & serve with a fresh salad & crusty bread.
