- 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 pkg. frozen English peas
- 5 carrots, sliced
- 5 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 tsp. salt to taste
- 1 tsp. pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Brown meat using salt, pepper and garlic.

2Do not overcook. Prepare brown gravy mix per directions.

3Steam peas and carrots until slightly firm.

4Combine meat, vegetables and gravy in

6Mash boiled potatoes, seasoned and whip until very smooth.

7Spread mashed potatoes on top of casserole. Bake in oven at 350° for approximately 25 minutes or until potatoes start to brown.
