  • stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Hot water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cans Mandarin orange sections, drained (284 mL/10 oz liq)
  • 24 ham steaks (85 g/3 oz)
  • 1 cup Bull's-Eye Honey Garlic Bonanza Barbecue Sauce

    MIX contents of vegetable /seasoning packet, hot water and butter in large bowl until butter is melted.

    Stir in stuffing crumb and oranges just to moisten.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Place ham steaks in shallow baking dish .

    Brush with barbecue sauce.

    Top each ham steak with 1/3 cup (75 mL) with stuffing.

    Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until heated through.
