- 1 large pkg. gingernut cookies (30 to 32)
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. superfine sugar
Directions

1To be made in advance.

2Arrange half the cookies in base of straight-sided glass dish.

3Pour juice from first can over cookies.

4Place mandarin oranges over.

5Whip the cream and sugar until fairly stiff.

6Divide in half; spread over first layer. Repeat layers; decorate and refrigerate overnight.
