  • 1 cup cornmeal yellow
  • 13 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine melted
  • 1 cup milk, 2% skim
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 can mandarin oranges slices
