- 1 (15 oz.) can white peach halves
- 1/4 c. granulated brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Mandarin Marmalade
- 3 tablespoons Mandarin Napoleon or Grand Marnier liqueur
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarins
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Drain peaches and mandarins in separate bowls; reserve syrups. Process mandarins in a blender until smooth.

2Combine mandarin syrup, brown sugar, cornstarch, marmalade and salt, in a saucepan.

3Gradually heat, adding reserved peach syrup and pureed mandarins.

4Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

5Add peaches; simmer 5 minutes, gently turning peaches several times, add the liqueur.

6Serve as a dessert or side dish for pork.

7Serve warm or chilled.
