  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • celery, diced
  • 1 to 1 1/2 sliced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • dash of paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley (optional)
