- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- fresh ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Peel and seed mango; cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
