- 1 c. boiled dry mango (not mushy)
- 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1 to 2 unbeaten eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 to 3 leeks, diced (green onion)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Add unbeaten egg and mix well. Drop by spoonful in hot oil in a deep frying pan until crispy outside, soft inside.

3Serve with ketchup or soy sauce with lemon and crushed garlic.
