Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiled dry mango (not mushy)
  • 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 to 2 unbeaten eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 2 to 3 leeks, diced (green onion)
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Add unbeaten egg and mix well. Drop by spoonful in hot oil in a deep frying pan until crispy outside, soft inside.

    Serve with ketchup or soy sauce with lemon and crushed garlic.
