  • 2 c. mango puree
  • 1/4 c. sifted flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie

Directions

    Prepare custard by mixing together ingredients; beating eggs separately and adding them last.

    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry and bake at 400° for 5 minutes.
