- 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie
Directions

1Prepare custard by mixing together ingredients; beating eggs separately and adding them last.

2Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry and bake at 400° for 5 minutes.

3Remove from oven and fill with prepared custard mixture.

4Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
