- 1 cup low-fat plain Kefir
- 2/3 cup frozen mango chunks (Trader Joe's has them)
- 1 thin slice fresh ginger root
- 2 tsp turbinado sugar
- pinch of cardamom
- a few unsalted pistachios (optional)
Directions

1Add all ingredients to your blender in the order listed and blend until very smooth. Serve immediately in a tall glass. The pistachios are optional, and can either be blended in or chopped and sprinkled on top.
