  • 2 12 cups pitted peeled and chopped mangoes
  • 3 cups lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 mint leaves

    In food processor or blender, combine mango, lime juice and sugar; puree until smooth.

    Pour into 9-by 12-inch baking dish.

    Place in freezer until ice forms on sides.

    Stir well.

    Return to freezer.

    Freeze until firm, but not solid.
