  • 1 can salmon
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Flake fish, add eggs and milk and mix well.

    Add crumbs and seasonings.

    Form loaf.

    Bake in a greased baking dish for 30 minutes at 275°.
