- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Flake fish, add eggs and milk and mix well.

2Add crumbs and seasonings.

4Bake in a greased baking dish for 30 minutes at 275°.
