- 1/2 c. butter or vegetable shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. raw mango, cut fine
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.

2Stir in dry ingredients, mango and lime juice.

3Mix all together, add nuts.

4Bake in loaf pan at 375° for 1 hour.

5Do not cut until next day for firmness.
