- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1/2 chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper to taste

1Mix all ingredients together. If mango is not ripe enough, salsa may be a little bit dry. Try adding more lime juice or putting it in the blender for a little bit. For better taste, let sit in fridge for an hour or two.
