  • 1 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 12 cups frozen mango gelato or 1 12 cups mango sorbet, small scoops
  • 12 cup mango yogurt or 12 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

    In a blender, combine mango, evaporated milk, gelato, yogurt, lime juice, and sugar.

    Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
