  • 8 c. cooked potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

    a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix milk and soup together

    and pour over potato mixture.

    Top with cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
