- 1 (2 lb.) container Ricotta cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 2 pkg. manicotti shells
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Do not precook manicotti shells.

2Mix all ingredients, except shells, sauce and water.

3Cover bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan with spaghetti sauce (about 1 1/2 cups).

4Fill shells with cheese mixture; place in pan.

5Pour the rest of the sauce over manicotti. Pour the water over shells-sauce.

6Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
