- manicotti noodles
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded (large bag)
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Brown ground chuck with salt, pepper and garlic.

2Drain.

3Add large Mozzarella cheese.

4Stir until mixed well.

5Cook noodles about half the time the box says.

6Drain.

7Rinse with cold water. Stuff with meat and cheese mixture.

8Place in 9 x 12-inch pan or baking dish.

9Spoon spaghetti sauce over stuffed noodles.

11Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

12Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
