- 1 pkg. big shells
- 3 eggs
- 4 c. Ricotta
- 12 oz. fresh Mozzarella
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Italian tomato paste
- 6 links Italian sausage
- 3 Tbsp. oregano
Directions

1Mix eggs, grated Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Ricotta and oregano together well.

2Set aside.

3Cook shells for about 10 minutes.

4Drain.

5Set on wax paper.

6Separate and cook Italian sausage and crumble.

7Mix both cans of tomato paste and seasonings to taste.

8Stuff cooled shells with cheese mixture and lay on foil covered cookie sheets.

9Pour tomato paste over shells, then put Italian sausage over tomato paste.

10Cook at 400° until cheese in shells are melted, about 20 minutes.

11Take out of oven and serve with Italian bread.

12Recipe yields 10 servings.
