  • 1 box manicotti, cooked as directed
  • 16 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • dash of salt
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cube butter
  • garlic powder
  • 1 c. Mozzarella

Directions

    Drain manicotti and place on foil in single layer to dry. Melt butter; add sauce and garlic powder.

    Pour some sauce on bottom of baking dish.

    Mix salt, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and eggs.

    Stuff pasta.

    Place in baking dish on top of sauce.

    Spoon remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella cheese over sauce.

    Cover.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Uncover last 15 minutes.
