- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 32 oz. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. water
- salt
- 1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) Manicotti shells
Directions

1Crumble ground beef; cook and drain.

2Stir in spaghetti sauce, water and 1 Tbsp. salt.

3In another bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, Parmesan, eggs, pepper, 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stuff uncooked manicotti with cheese filling.

4In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, pour 1/2 of meat sauce, arrange manicotti in single layer.

5Add remainder of meat sauce to cover.

6Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella.

7Cover and cook 1 and 1/2 hours at 325°. (Check at 1 hour.)
