- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan, grated

Directions

1In large saucepan, saute onions and garlic in oil.

2Add parsley, tomatoes, tomato paste and water.

4Add salt, pepper, basil and bay leaf.
