  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 12 cup coarsely chopped carrot
  • 12 cup chopped celery
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 12 cup chopped mushroom
  • 12 cup chopped broccoli
  • 12 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 12 cups sliced asparagus
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Combine broth and vegetables except asparagus.

    Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours, adding asparagus during last 20 minutes.

    Stir in combine yogurt and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes.
