- 1 cup Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 5 tbsp Powder Sugar
- 2 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Softened Butter
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F

2Cut bacon in small pieces and cook until crispy

3Sift together dry ingredients

4Cream together sugar and eggs until fluffy

5Mix together wet ingredients and add dry ingredients in thirds

6Stir in bacon

7Line cupcake tray with cupcake paper cups and fill 3/4 of the way

8Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

9Remove cupcakes from tray to cool

10Beat together all frosting ingredients until fluffy

11Refrigerate frosting for 20-30 minutes
