Maple Bacon Sundae

  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 6 slices smoked bacon Cooked Hickory, 4 pieces cut into bite size sections

Directions

    Place a large scoop of ice cream into the bottom of a sundae dish, sprinkle with some of the cut bacon and top with 1 Tbs. syrup.
  2. 2
    Repeat the layers then using 1 piece of bacon break it into 2 pieces and nestle in the back of the sundae for garnish.
