Maple Carrots

  • 1/4 c chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 lb baby carrots
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/4 c chopped pecans

Directions

    In a large skillet, heat broth and salt til boiling.

    Add carrots and cook 10 minutes or until almost tender and drain.

    Add syrup and butter to carrots and cook another 3 minutes.
  4. 4
    Sprinke with nuts.
