  • 1 c. coffee cream
  • 2 c. maple syrup
  • light sweet chocolate, melted

Directions

    Cook cream and syrup to 238°.

    Pour on a cold slab; cool to lukewarm.

    Work with spatula or paddle until mass holds its shape. Form into 3/4-inch balls; dip in melted chocolate.

    Makes about 25 centers.
