Ingredients
- 4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
Directions

1Combine sugars, corn syrup and water.

2Stir until dissolved, then bring to a boil in a heavy saucepan.

3Cover and boil gently, 10 minutes.

4Do not stir!

5Remove from heat and allow to cool. When cool, add the vanilla and maple flavoring and stir only until mixed.

6Store in the refrigerator.

7Makes about 32 to 36 ounces.
