- 4 teaspoons grainy mustard or 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 lbs salmon fillets

1In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce.

2Arrange salmon on foil or parchment paper lined rimmed baking sheets.

3Spoon glaze over fish.

4Bake in center of a 400F convection oven until fish flakes easily when tested - approximately 8-10 minutes.
