Maple-Mustard Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cups White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Your Favorite Mustard
  • 1/2 cups Canola Oil
  • Salt And Black Pepper To Taste

Directions

    In a blender or food processor (I use a food processor), add vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, and pulse several times. Run on low and drizzle in oil gradually to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    I just used this on baked chicken breasts, and it was so flavorful and added a nice crisp glaze on top! Enjoy!
