- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

2Combine oats and next 5 ingredients (through salt); spread on a large jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely.
