- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of nutmeg
- whipped cream
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine rice, milk, eggs, brown sugar and butter in casserole.

3Place casserole in baking pan.

4Fill pan with enough water to go 1/2 way up side of casserole.

5Bake for 30 minutes.

6Remove from oven.

7Stir in raisins and vanilla.

8Sprinkle with nutmeg.

9Return to oven.

10Bake for 30 minutes.

11Serve with whipped cream.
