- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup raisins
- Cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions

1Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray; cover pumpkin mixture, and cook over medium-high heat 20 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in syrup, salt, and ginger.
