- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Cream butter in bowl until softened and smooth.

2Gradually add and beat in the sugar; beat until blended.

3Add egg yolk and beat well.

4Mix in the maple syrup and vanilla and beat until creamy. Whip egg white until it forms stiff peaks; whip the cream until stiff.

5Fold beaten egg white and whipped cream into butter mixture. Good over squares of warm uniced cake.
