- 3 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup

1Pour whipping cream in a cold mixer bowl and whip until cream starts to thicken up.

2Then add maple syrup and continue to whip until soft peaks start to form.

3Spoon into a pretty dish and serve on the side of any pie or crisp; also delicious in coffee.

4*Note this can be made several hours ahead of time. Store covered in plastic wrap in refrigerator.
