- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 large pkg. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Brown venison and onion.

2Drain well.

3Add soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper.

4Heat through.

5In 3-quart casserole, layer potatoes, peas and meat, ending with meat.

6Pour milk over top. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
