  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g ground meat
  • 30 g garlic chive
  • 1/2 clove ginger
  • 1/4 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp doubanjiang

Directions

    Prepare the ingredients: Rougly dice the tomato, cut garlic chive into 3cm, finely chop garlic, green onion and ginger

    Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground meat and stir a while then put garlic, ginger, doubanjiang, green onion.

    Add the tare(1/4 cup of water, 1 tbsp of sake, 2 tsp of soy sauce) along with the tomato and simmer.

    Add starch and water, put garlic chive and simmer.
