Marbled Brownies

- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 50 g white chocolate, chopped
- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 g fine sugar
- 3 eggs, large
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 80 g walnuts, finely chopped
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 deg Celsius.

2Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately over 2 double boilers and let cool.

3Combine the cream cheese and sugar in a stand mixer or a hand mixer till well combined.

4Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition.

5Add the vanilla.

6Reduce the speed to low and add the flour.

7Combine well.

8Now divide this mixture into 2 equal portions into two separate bowls.

9Add the melted dark chocolate to one bowl and combine.

10Do the same with the melted white chocolate.

11The dark chocolate mixture would be a little thick compared to the white chocolate mixture.

12Now spread dark chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, about a tablespoon each, evenly on the prepared pan leaving a gap in between.

13Finish up the mixture.

14Now fill up the gaps with the white chocolate mixture.

15Spread the chopped walnuts all over the pan.

16Using a skewer or using the back of a wooden spoon, zig -zag the mixture giving a marbled effect.

17Do not mix up too much or else the batter would look mushy.

18Now in a preheated 180 deg oven, bake the brownie for about 25 - 30 minutes.

19Let cool.
