- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. crushed dried marigold petals
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 1 egg
Directions

1Heat milk to boiling point.

2Add crushed marigold petals. Into separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt.

3Add oil to milk mixture.

4Stir and let cool to room temperature, then add honey and egg and combine with dry ingredients.

5Fill muffin cups two-thirds full.

6Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

7Makes 1 dozen.
