Ingredients

  • 3 cans artichokes, rinsed and quartered
  • 3 cans anchovy filets, chopped (not the oil)
  • 3 bunches green onions, chopped fine
  • small amount parsley, chopped
  • 1 pt. olive oil or enough to cover ingredients
  • garlic (if desired)

    Mix all ingredients and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours.

    Serve with crackers.
