- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Cut 1/2-inch off bottom of artichokes.

2Cut prickers off each leaf.

3Boil artichokes in water and cover pan, approximately 20 minutes or when fork stuck in bottom and soft.

4Remove from pan.
