Marinated Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. petite frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions

Directions

    Cook sprouts according to package directions; drain.

    Combine vinegar, oil, garlic, sugar, salt and Tabasco.

    Add sprouts and onions.

    Toss; cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.

    Arrange on appetizer tray, with toothpicks, to serve.
