- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. petite frozen Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
Directions

1Cook sprouts according to package directions; drain.

2Combine vinegar, oil, garlic, sugar, salt and Tabasco.

3Add sprouts and onions.

4Toss; cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.

5Arrange on appetizer tray, with toothpicks, to serve.
