- 5 c. carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. each salt and pepper
Directions

1Prepare at least 12 hours in advance.

2Cook carrots until tender, but firm.

3Drain and cool.

4Cut onion and pepper; mix with cooled carrots.

5Mix remaining ingredients in a separate container.

6Pour over vegetables.

7Marinate for 12 or more hours. Drain vegetables to serve.
