- 4 c. cooked squash, mashed and drained (about 2 lb.)
- 1 large onion (cooked with the squash)
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cut up squash and onion; cook in water until tender.

2Remove from heat, mash and drain.

3Then add all other ingredients and stir vigorously.

4Pour into a greased casserole baking dish.

5Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
