- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender and cool.

2Mix remaining ingredients into carrots. Place in refrigerator and let set 12 hours or more. Yields 1/2 gallon or enough for 25 people.
