  • 2 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked until tender
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Bring tomato soup, sugar, vinegar, oil and Worcestershire sauce to a boil.

    Pour over carrots (drained), onion and bell pepper.

    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
